An independent charity providing advice and support to blind and partially sighted people in Bury. Services include:
- advice and information on all aspects of visual impairment in accessible formats
- resource centre
- comprehensive home assessment
- Eye Talk support programme
- awareness training
- befriending services
- daily living skills training
- regular social activities
- Christmas lunch and summer trip
- hospital information service at the eye clinic at Fairfield hospital Bury (covers all 7 sessions - Monday all day, Tuesday all day, Wednesday morning, Thursday morning and Friday morning)
- benefits form filling service: able to complete AA and DLA forms for clients
- referrals for Low Vision Aids
