A mainstream college that has facilities suitable for teaching IT to blind and partially sighted people and supporting them on their other mainstream courses:
- has computers equipped with screen magnification and screen reading software
- has staff that can teach people reliant on magnification and screen reading software
- can teach blind or partially sighted people how to operate a computer using just a keyboard
- can produce course materials in an accessible format.

Qualified Specialist Teachers (to assess the need of VI learners) and Learning Support Assistants are available to teach and support visually impaired students who are following ICT courses at Entry Level/Level 1-3 either in a discrete provision or cross curricular ICT Microsoft Office Package courses accredited by City & Guilds and with updated assistive technologies. The College has been awarded a BEACON Award for supporting learners with visual impairment from the Association of Colleges (AoC).

    I done Level1 and Level2 in City and Guilthe in 2004-2007. Teachers were supportive and helpful
