Description

The ICAS service is a free, independent and confidential service that helps to support anyone who wishes to raise a formal NHS complaint. SEAP provides the service to people living in the South of England

Our advocates can help to write letters and prepare and go to meetings with you. They can help to explore your options and will act on your direction. The service can also provide a self-help pack if you wish to handle your own complaint. They can involve an interpreter or translator if you need it. They can also meet you in a place that you feel comfortable and can direct you to other people that can help you.
