- Outreach
Offering a home visiting, advice and support service within the community. We can help by assisting with individual needs and concerns and also by signposting to other relevant organisations.

- Resource Centre
Our Resource Centre provides information, help and advice. Daily living aids and other useful equipment can be demonstrated and ordered on site.

- Talking News
We have a quarterly newsletter available in large print or on tape or CD.
‘Selby District Talking News’ is an excellent local talking newspaper, published weekly. For more information contact: 0844 811 8425.

- Leisure and Social
Activities are organised weekly throughout the district helping to reduce isolation, including;
Social Groups, Knit & Natter, Talking Books, Bowl’s, Crafts, Movement to Music and Coffee Mornings.

- Volunteers and fundraising
Our volunteers are crucial to the running of the charity. They support all of our work and without them we would not be able to operate.
