Took one hour with no reply to hospital operator five times before she obtained an answer. I was told that the specialist was in consultation and the only one who could say what to do. Rang 1pm told still busy with patients, no one else available to say if we should come in or not. No replies only answer phones.Spent most of my day on the telephone and some times two telephone calls to sort out a problem, I am appalled at the lack of any type of service. No wonder you get bad reports. I and my partner have paid in for more than 50 years each into OUR health service and this is the treatment we get. Disgusted.
