I cannot recommend this lady and organisation highly enough. The help she gave me after an ad hoc visit to her office was fantastic in every way. Her attention to what I was saying and her efficiency in dealing with it was second to none! I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Dawn offered advice and pushed things forward for my son. The advice was followed up by Dawn so quickly and my son can now think about applying for his Driving Licence which he has been trying to do for two years. My son spoke to Dawn and the following day she was on the phone offering more advise, two weeks later he received a letter from NNUH which had failed to get to him previously and a letter from Ipswich Hospital advising that he can apply for his licence and be taken on the partially sighted register. Thank you for an excellent service.
