Organisation details

We support blind and partially sighted people in any aspect of making music. We provide information and advice on music education, from the earliest signs of interest to advanced studies. We run musical events for children, sometimes including their families, and often with major musical organisations. This includes working with children with complex needs and fostering communication skills through making music.

We support musicians throughout their careers through advice, information and professional development days. We also administer the Elizabeth Eagle Bott Memorial Fund for individual musicians. We can help with ideas for reading and learning music in a range of accessible formats and coordinate the Music Subject Area of the UK Association for Accessible Formats (UKAAF).
