We have used this organisation for many years. It is fine if you have the same driver each month, and that driver has `volunteer commitment.` If not, then you worry that your group will arrive on time at the venue, and when late you just get "I am only a volunteer driver." The same answer if you complain at the office. We are all volunteers and all give commitment. Sammy Transport should require the same from their volunteer drivers, and also help orientate them with the area.

I am blind. Wanted transport for a weekly health appointment. However, then told could only be dropped off outside building. Obviously as unable to see would not be able to take myself inside as steps etc. Previously told driver would come in with me. However, now told drivers not willing to take responsibility to walk in. Told someone should be with me but then they could take me. No family in area. So will need to look for local taxi firm as know they will walk me in. Not sure how they actually help disabled people as they would need assistance. Disappointed.
