I have been to the opthalmology department several times. It seems overwhelmingly busy, but I have never seen a sign of exasperation or exhaustion in the team members. On the contrary, I have been encouraged to talk about what might be minor, niggling concerns to do with my sight or the phsyical state of my eyes in general. I appreciate the quiet concern shown to me, while outside the office, I know there is a long line of people waiting their turn. Thanks to you all, Nels Johnson
