Organisation details

Visibility provides information and support to people living in the thirteen local authorities in the west of Scotland including:
- information and advice on local and national services, aids and equipment, sources of support, etc. through helpline, Patient Support Service at Gartnavel Hospital, Positive Outlook courses and Information events across the region
- emotional support through mentoring, peer support groups across the west of Scotland and the helpline
- social and recreational activities including music, walking, creative writing and arts and crafts
- mobility training for children, young people and adults and for those with neurological sight loss
- Little Explorer toddler groups
- Low Vision support including training to use your peripheral vision to read
- Technology training
- Daily living support for people receiving self directed support
- Volunteering opportunities
