If you want to get involved with new sports and activities but not sure where to start then RSBCs Health and Well-being clubs can help.

Every session you can take part in activities and sports such as football, goalball and cricket. All designed to get you active and develop new skills develop movement. Their expert coaches also run workshops on nutritional awareness and self-confidence, which enable you to build key skills that will allow you to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the future.

Health and Well-Being sessions run twice a month across London, they are free to attend and open to anyone blind or partially sighted, aged 12-25.
